The Hansel Family’s summer family photos couldn’t have been any sweeter!

Jacob reached out to me in April to set up some family photos as a gift for his wife for Mother’s Day! It was such a joy having this adorable family in front of my camera on a beautiful summer evening at Lakeside Park! Little Emily’s signature facial expression had us all laughing 90% of the time and her toes made for some great tickling.

The sun kept going in and out of the clouds for the first 40 minutes and then finally opened up for some beautiful golden hour lighting for our last few minutes together! These summer family photos go to show that you can still get some gorgeous photos while it’s cloudy, but there is something really special about that golden hour light! And of course we had to get some of just mom and dad too 🙂 Emily just occupied herself with the rubber tag on the diaper bag for a few minutes! LOL

Emily had a quick outfit change about half way through our time together and I just don’t know which one I like better! She has her mom and dad wrapped around her finger and they are simply the cutest family together!
