Returning clients are my absolute favorite, especially when walk into a flower field for family photos! The Hefners are seriously the sweetest and I honestly can’t believe I’ve gotten to capture so many milestones for them already!

I had the honor of photographing Blake and Brooke’s engagement pictures and wedding a few years ago. Then I was notified that they were expecting! We got their maternity photos taken and then lifestyle newborn photos shortly after Emberleigh was born. She is now 2 and is clearly the sweetest addition to this beautiful family. We practically had Metea Park all to ourselves and really utilized movement as much as possible!

We quickly realized that she loved to aggressively pluck the little flowers we found in the field of tall grass. She also didn’t let anything or anyone distract her from doing so! LOL We got SO MANY photos of her smiling, just not at the camera. Honestly, it made for a very entertaining hour and kept us laughing! These family photos in the flower field are definitely going down as one of my favorites to date!
