To get this cute 1-year old girl to smile for family photos, apparently you need a dog, cheerios and flowers on a beautiful spring day in Westfield!

I loved having this sweet family in front of my camera and I deeply appreciate the dog that got Elise to smile so big after all of my normal tricks failed. No tickles, funny noises, or “Superman’s” made this girl nearly as happy as this gorgeous black dog did. I’ll take it though! 🙂 In all honesty, sometimes the normal things don’t work and that’s ok! You do what you can and then praise Jesus when other things do work.

We had perfect weather for the Bromm family’s spring photos at Cool Creek Park and I absolutely LOVE how their photos turned out! 15 minutes ended up being the perfect amount of time for sweet Elise’s attention span. We made sure to get some photos of Janna and her husband, Curt, too! Fun fact, Janna and I used to dance together in a Christian dance organization when we were younger. It’s so awesome being in the same area and having her family in front of my camera!
