I have the honor of photographing Trace and Bailey’s wedding later this year at Union 12! We met up at Holcomb Gardens at Butler University this past fall for their golden hour engagement photos and had a blast!

I met Trace years ago when he and my youngest brother were on the same travel/club baseball team. Years later, his mom hired me to capture his senior photos in downtown Fort Wayne. He and Bailey will both be graduating from Taylor University this spring, which is also where my brother will be graduating from! I saw that they had gotten engaged, congratulated them, and the next thing I knew, they booked me for their wedding!

Their golden hour engagement photos at Holcomb Gardens were so much fun and made me even more excited for their wedding! They kept things simple with one outfit and so much laughter. I couldn’t help but smile the entire time! The love these two have for each other and for the Lord is so beautiful to witness. And it was so neat meeting Bailey and seeing just how much she cares for Trace. It’s also slightly strange to be photographing one of my youngest brother’s friends weddings. I feel like that shouldn’t be happening yet, but I’m also not mad about it!
