I had the honor of taking branding photos and headshots for Dr. Jen Sarpa over the summer at Aspiring Eden Studio in Indianapolis ahead of her chiropractic office launch! I’ve waited a long time to share these photos, so I’m excited to finally share my favorites and her brand new endeavor. Read more about Jen below!
“Hi! I am Dr. Jen Sarpa. I am a Doctor of Chiropractic and Licensed Medical Acupuncturist in Indianapolis, Indiana. I recently just became a certified personal trainer as well! I have a passion for health, exercise, and improving the well-being of my patients. I take a well-rounded approach to healthcare including dry needling, acupuncture, soft tissue therapy, chiropractic manipulation, and functional rehabilitation. I see all ranges of cases, from a professional athlete, to a businessperson, to an expecting or postpartum mother. My goal is to help patients not only get out of pain, but learn how to stay out of pain.
I began practicing in Indianapolis in 2019, after interning for the football program at the University of Memphis working on Division 1 athletes. Since then, I have further expanded my knowledge and skillset in order to take a modern, evidence-based approach to the treatment I provide. If you ask my parents, my passion for creativity was always what I prioritized. I love to paint, draw, and create. I also loved to study biology, anatomy, and physiotherapy. Combining these interests allows me to create creative solutions for patients with personalized care that I pride myself on providing.
I truly love the human body and the challenges it presents in regard to figuring out the root cause of pain and dysfunction. The subtle nuances noted during a functional assessment are so intriguing. Attention to detail helps me not only figure out the unique aspects of pain, but also how to diagnose and treat efficiently.
This is a brief summary of what drives me everyday. I am excited for my new adventure(s) and hope to continue to help as many people as I can. We only get one body, let’s keep it happy, mobile, and pain-free. Basically, if it involves the musculoskeletal system, I am willing and able to help! I have recently opened Indy Optimized Health in Broad Ripple. I am accepting new patients and eagerly look forward to helping the community optimize health and stay moving, pain-free.”
