Meet Sophia – the newest addition to the Kaplanis family! Her lifestyle newborn photos are some of my all time favorites!

I had the honor of capturing the Kaplanis family just before and right after they became a family of three! When Ashlee reached out to schedule photos, she bundled maternity and newborn sessions! They coordinated outfits so well for both sessions and seriously made my job so easy!

Sophia was wide awake for the first portion of her photos, but then quickly fell asleep for the second portion after she was dressed in a onesie instead of a wrap (she did NOT like being restricted like that lol). Her nursery provided the perfect setting for their photos and even their fur baby, Callie, joined in on a few! It’s so clear how loved Sophia is already!

Fun fact, Matt is actually the son of my childhood family doctor at Parkview! He’s retired now, but it was really neat to see life come full circle taking his son’s maternity and newborn photos!
